Providing positivity to a negative world

The world is full of negativity, but just because the world is negative, it doesn’t mean you have to be! Using training from 15x bestselling author Jon Gordon, I hope to inject positivity into your world and help teach you to be the driver of your own bus!

School Based Programs: The Energy Bus

Schools can be centers for negativity, but the best schools find ways to maintain positive energy and direction. As a 15+ year veteran in the classroom, I am here to help improve the school experience by teaching students, staff, administrators, and boards of education the tools needed to maintain a positive school culture that will lead to better outcomes for all involved. The Energy Bus is often the perfect school culture building training.

The Power of a Positive Team

Based on the incredible book of the same title, The Power of Positive Teams training is meant to help team members learn to draw closer to one another in order to improve outcomes. For athletes, improved outcomes may mean the overall experience for the athletes is better, but that often comes from the ultimate outcome: more wins! As a high school cross country/track and field coach, I’ve seen the power of positivity elevate teams to new levels.

Positivity can also be used for businesses. The Power of Positive Teams can also be immensely beneficial for business teams too! Internal and external sales teams, customer service representatives, managers, and everyone in your organization will be able to see better outcomes through increased positivity.

The Power of Positive Leadership

Research shows that cracks in the management pillars of any organization can weaken even the strongest companies. Training your leaders to inject positivity in all aspects of their daily lives can elevate the organization to new heights. In business, we call those new heights greater profits; in schools, we call those new heights teacher retention and passing scores; athletics teams call these things championships!

Training members of your organization to be more positive leaders will demonstrate to your school/company that you care about the culture of your group and the things you value at your place of business. The transformational power of positivity will tell your members that you don’t simply care for your bottom line, you care about the people that make the bottom line a reality.

Positivity training has been the single biggest change in my performance as a teacher, coach, and in turn- a family man. Positivity isn’t just a thing, it’s everything.
